Ruchiq is designed to be a self-sustaining investment for your restaurant. Many restaurants choose to add a small online ordering fee (typically ₹5–₹15) to their PWA storefront to offset their digital operations costs. Some also choose to add a margin on top of this fee. This optional pricing choice allows you to operate Ruchiq at zero net cost while maintaining full control over your profits.
Overage fees are reviewed annually. Adjustments are indexed to inflation, messaging, and infrastructure costs, typically following a percentage-based model with a minimum ₹1 adjustment to ensure sustainable per-order economics.
Subscription fees do not increase annually. They are reviewed annually but adjusted periodically (typically every 2–4 years). Adjustments are designed to restore platform sustainability while proportionally increasing the "Included Order" value.
We provide at least 90 days advance notice of any structural pricing changes via email and in-app notifications.
